Purpose
These terms govern your use of the Pawmories app, a memory journal for your pets. By using the app, you accept them.
Your content
The photos and text you add belong to you. Pawmories claims no ownership right over your memories and does not use them for any purpose other than operating the service described in the privacy policy.
AI-generated captions
Captions are produced automatically by an artificial intelligence service from your photos, at your request. They may contain inaccuracies; you can edit or delete them freely.
Premium subscription
Pawmories offers a Premium subscription (monthly or annual), with no trial period: the free version lets you try the app before subscribing. Payment is charged via your Apple account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel your subscription from the Subscriptions settings of your Apple account. Deleting your data in the app does not cancel your subscription.
Backing up your memories
Backup and sync of your data rely on your iCloud. If iCloud is disabled or your storage is full, your memories may only exist on this device. We encourage you to keep enough iCloud storage available. We cannot be held responsible for data loss related to your iCloud configuration or your device.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
